Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (£12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
– Includes basic tracking

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely cuddle-satisfied with your Bubbly Buddies purchase! If your plushie pal isn’t quite perfect, here’s how we can make it right.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unused, unwashed, with all tags attached)
  • In original packaging (we know it’s hard to resist opening immediately!)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bedding Sets
  • Bed Sheets
  • Blanket Hoodies

These items may only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, and must be in their original, unopened packaging.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Carefully: Wrap your plushie securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship It Back: Send to:

  5. Track Your Return: Keep your shipping receipt until your refund processes.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Funds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different color or size? Follow the return process above, and include:

  • Your preferred exchange item
  • Whether you’d like us to ship the exchange immediately (additional charges may apply) or wait until we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your plushie arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll send a replacement immediately (no need to return the damaged item!)
