❓ What types of plushies do you sell?
We offer a wide variety of squishy friends! From adorable axolotls and cuddly capybaras to classic bears and bunnies, plus fun accessories like blanket hoodies and candy bags. Explore our full range in our menu categories!
🛏️ Do your bedding sets come with the plushies shown?
Unless specified in the product description, bedding sets and plushies are sold separately. But they make perfect cuddle companions when purchased together!
🧵 How do I care for my plushie?
Most of our plush pals can be surface cleaned with a damp cloth. For machine washable items, we recommend gentle cycle with cold water and air drying to keep them fluffy and bright!

⏱️ How long does shipping take?
After 1-2 days processing, choose between:
Standard Shipping (10-15 days): £12.95 with DHL/FedEx tracking
Free Shipping (15-25 days): For orders over £50 via EMS with basic tracking
🌍 Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except certain remote islands, some Asian countries, and areas with restrictions. Check at checkout or email us to confirm!
📦 Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships. Standard Shipping gets detailed updates, while Free Shipping shows major milestones.

⏳ What’s your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please email us first for return authorization!
💰 How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.
🎁 What if my plushie arrives damaged?
Oh no! Email photos to [email protected] immediately and we’ll send a replacement or refund – no need to return the damaged friend.
